Cookie Policy

Effective date: 22/10/25
Who we are: Integral Workplace Wellness Ltd (“IWW”, “we”, “us”)
Site: https://www.integralworkplacewellness.com

1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar tech (pixels, local storage, tags) work in a comparable way—together we call them “cookies” here.

2) How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • make the site work (security, load balancing, consent storage);

  • remember choices (e.g., cookie preferences);

  • understand site performance (analytics); and

  • (if you opt in) support marketing/measurement.

Under UK law (PECR), non-essential cookies require your consent. Essential cookies do not.

3) Your choices

  • On first visit, you’ll see a banner where you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences.

  • You can change your choices any time via Cookie Settings in our footer.

  • You can also block/delete cookies in your browser.

4) Types of cookies we use

Essential (strictly necessary) – Required for the site to function (e.g., security, page navigation, load balancing, cookie consent). No consent needed.

Preferences / functionality – Remember choices that improve your experience (e.g., form behaviour, player settings). Consent required.

Analytics / performance – Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve layout and content. We aim to aggregate/anonymise where possible. Consent required.

Marketing / targeting – Used to deliver and measure advertising or build aggregated audience insights (e.g., social pixels). Consent required.

We only set essential cookies by default. Preferences, Analytics, and Marketing cookies are used only if you consent via our banner. You can change your choices by clearing our site’s cookies in your browser to re-open the banner, or by using your browser’s cookie controls.

5) Third-party cookies & embeds

We use a small number of trusted third parties. If you accept the relevant category in our banner, these services may set cookies or similar technologies:

  • Squarespace Analytics (Analytics): helps us understand how visitors use our site (e.g., pages viewed, time on page, device type) so we can improve layout and content. Cookies are typically session or short- to medium-term persistent (up to around 1 year). We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

  • Jotform (Essential/Preferences/Analytics depending on form settings): when you open or submit an embedded form (e.g., bookings/consents), Jotform may set cookies to keep the form working (saving progress, preventing spam, maintaining your session). These are usually session or short-lived cookies (often hours to a few days).

  • Meta Pixel (Marketing): if you opt in to Marketing, Meta may set cookies to measure the effectiveness of our posts/ads and to help us reach people with similar interests. These are marketing/retargeting cookies and can last up to 3 months.

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (Marketing): if you opt in to Marketing, LinkedIn may set cookies that help us understand which content leads to enquiries from LinkedIn and to build aggregated audience insights. These are marketing/measurement cookies and are typically short-term (around 30 days).

6) International transfers

Some providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK addendum to standard contractual clauses) or rely on adequacy decisions.

7) How long cookies last

Cookies may be session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept until they expire or you delete them). Durations are listed in the table.

8) Managing or withdrawing consent

Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your preferences at any time. You can also remove cookies via your browser settings. If you have questions, contact info@integralworkplacewellness.com

9) Updates to this policy

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always appear here with a new effective date.
