What you will learn in this Workshop

In this 2.5hr in person workshop along with a take home Workbook with a further 3.5hrs of learning, we share with you our unique take on the true reflection of Stress & Resilience. Our priority is you. Our aim in this new workshop is to present you with a different perspective on how you resonate with your internalised stress. Our goal is to shake up your perception of what stress means to you, both inwardly and outwardly. We provide you with easy, relatable and real-world tools that are very effective and can be actioned in seconds, creating an opportunity for you to release the majority of your day to day stress.

By the end of the workshop you will have a multitude of tools and a way of tracking them via a metric through our Workbook. This allows you to truly feel over time which ones work best for you. Most importantly, you will take away a personal appreciation on how you can change your own perception of the stresses in your life.


Topics & Learning Outcomes

  • Understanding Stress - Know the 4 types of stress, how cortisol works within the body and the sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous systems.

  • Recognising & Acknowledging your Stress - Know the signs of stress and understand their own physical, emotional & mental signs when stressed.

  • Mental, Emotional & Physical Effects of Stress - Know the physical, emotional & mental signs of stress and know the long term impact of stress if left unmanaged.

  • Tools to manage Work & Life Stress - Know the 3 life areas stress impacts and an understanding on how these change, know how to activate their vagus nerve via ANS breathing, know how to manage work stress, know a selection of tools to help manage their stress levels.

  • Tools & Strategies to Build Resilience - Know what resilience is, know how to build resilience though positive and negative experiences, know the 4 S’s Resilience Plan. 


Who is this Workshop suitable for?

The Stress & Resilience Workshop is designed for all staff & management teams as you will learn personally how to understand yourself, how to manage your own personal & work stressors and you will take away a variety of tools to support your knowledge after this workshop.

None at all as this Workshop is beneficial for all staff over all professions.
