Testimonials

The content and tools were very useful. I enjoyed the tool in the second part where we would look back over the stresses of the week and scale them as to how stressed they made us feel. I felt it useful to look back and see what stresses were now done and dusted so that I could let go of them.

I found the breathing exercise incredibly helpful. We all know what we should be doing to help with stress and resilience but sometimes it takes to see everything on paper to remind yourself and to do something about it. I found the workshop really helpful.
