Welcome to the Proactive Staff Support Service (PSSS)

Thank you for partnering with Integral Workplace Wellness and enrolling in the Proactive Staff Support Service (PSSS). We’re pleased to be supporting your organisation and your staff through this preventative, people-focused wellbeing service.

Please let us know once you have sent the PSSS welcome email to your staff. This helps us ensure your team are aware of the service and ready for contact before we begin reaching out. You can notify us by replying to your onboarding email or emailing: info@integralworkplacewellness.com

What happens next

We’re now onboarding your organisation and setting up the service behind the scenes. Once this setup is complete, we’ll be in touch to confirm when the first staff check-ins will begin and when your welcome pack will be sent.

Your PSSS Welcome Pack

As part of your service, we’ll be sending you a PSSS Welcome Pack for your workplace. This includes:

• Quality pens featuring our confidential support number

• Sticky notes featuring our confidential support number

• A selection of PSSS support posters for display (See selection below)

These materials are designed to make support visible, accessible, and normalised within your organisation.

Why posters matter

Displaying wellbeing support posters in communal spaces such as staff rooms, corridors, kitchens, or noticeboards plays an important role in creating a psychologically safe workplace.

Posters:

• Act as a quiet reminder that support is available

• Help normalise reaching out for wellbeing support

• Reduce barriers for staff who may not feel ready to ask for help directly

• Reinforce that wellbeing is taken seriously by your business

• Provide clear, visible information at the moment someone may need it most

Even when not consciously read, consistent visibility helps build familiarity and trust with the service over time.

Below you’ll see the range of PSSS poster designs available. Please select up to 6 poster styles that you feel best reflect:

• Your workplace culture

• The demographics of your staff

• The environments where the posters will be displayed

Once selected, we’ll include these in both A3 & A4 sizes in your Welcome Pack.
