We’re a heart-centred, people-focused company with professionalism and integrity at our core. Our mission is simple: put workplace wellness first, for the benefit of your staff and your bottom line.

Why We Exist

Before founding Integral Workplace Wellness, we worked one-to-one in physical therapy, nutrition, wellness, and coaching. We loved the personal impact, but we saw the same patterns everywhere, people struggling with their mental health, often because of work.

Even before the pandemic, 1 in 4 people experienced poor mental health each year. Today, work causes more stress than debt or financial problems. That’s why we set out to partner with businesses, providing the tools, training, and support to make a real difference where it matters most - in the workplace.

What We Offer

We go beyond training. Our services are designed to build a culture where mental health is understood, stigma is reduced, and staff feel safe to reach out for help.

Dean Attwood - Co-founder

With 20 years’ experience in physical training, therapy, and mindset coaching, Dean’s passion for easing physical and emotional pain comes from both professional expertise and personal experience. He’s driven to increase mental health awareness and provide practical support to businesses and their staff.

With over 25 years in team leadership, training, and customer service, Bel now combines her expertise with her work in life coaching and wellness advocacy. She’s passionate about creating supportive workplaces through training, workshops, and proactive staff support.

Laura has spent over 20 years helping others through physical and emotional therapies. Her deep understanding of the mind-body connection and her compassionate approach make her an invaluable part of our Staff Support service.

Laura’s qualifications:
  • Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills
  • Level 2, 3 & 4 Certificates/Diploma in Counselling (with placement)


When people have the tools to manage their daily stresses, the support to cope with emotions
and a hearing ear they become more empowered and capable of dealing with the ups and downs of life.
